Redone in 2006 with new TV (cable), DVD, stereo, range, fridge, washer, dryer, air-conditioning, etc. Sunroom has fireplace and nice privacy with a view into my wooded lots. Outside campfire pit. Tawas Lake is a large lake with great fishing and waterfowl, rowboat is included. Lake access is directly across quiet neighborhood road. The best tourist town on the Sunrise Coast, East Tawas, is only 1 mile away with fun shops, restaurants, and a city park that has a great beach and a very long walking/fishing/yacht dock.
