 | ABR Hilltop House
The luxurious Hilltop House located on the top of the hill above the trailhead at ABR Trails and along the River Trail. You can drive up to the house from West Pioneer Road, about a 1/8 mile from the ABR trailhead, or you can ski in from the ABR Trailhead. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft, a large kitchen, dining, living area with a fireplace and 18 foot vaulted knotty pine ceilings. There is a laundry room and a wax area. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed, a master bath with a Jacuzzi tub and a shower. Bedroom #2 has 2 double bunk beds, bedroom #3 has a queen bed and bunk bed and the loft has a pull out trundle bed with 2 single beds. The house sleeps up to 14 people.

 | ABR River House
The River House is a 3 bedroom house located on the ABR Ski Trails, off the Memory Lane and Jack Pine Trail. You can drive up to the River House from Riverside Road, about a _ mile from the ABR trailhead, or you can ski in from the ABR Trailhead. The House is cozy but not rustic. It has electricity, running water, heat, etc. The River House sleeps up to 10 on beds. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, Bedroom has #2 a double bunk, and a double flop down mattress, Bedroom #3 has a double bed and the living room has a pullout queen sofa sleeper.
